In 2006 the factory moved to new premises in the town and are now located in a ‘state of the art’ factory. The company is very well equipped with state of the art injection moulding machines, real time monitoring systems and an ERP system with detailed reporting by part down to daily operational level.
The company was worked continually on eliminating or controlling variables in rubber processes since the early 1990’s. This extensive work has enabled the company to achieve zero defects production on the majority of parts it manufactures. The accompanying reduction in waste, inspection time and manufacturing interruptions has resulted in a highly competitive and reliable manufacturing facility.
The facility is approved to international standards such as the automotive standard TS14969:2002 and the widely known ISO9001:2000.
The company is debt free, owns its own freehold and is financially very stable.
This combination of factors allows it to achieve very competitive prices and yet provide outstanding levels of service.
